how to? trunk springs/bars?

Hey,

Went to a local junk yard over the weekend and picked up some trunk springs/bars however you call them. The ones that ease the opening of the trunk so it's not soooo heavy! lol

Guy removed them off a galant that was sitting in the lot and sold them to me for 20 bux.

Now the problem is, how do these things get installed? I was having a hard time figuring this out. Anyone have any tips to ease this process and maybe post a picture for reference / guide. :102:
