Scraping Noise After Starting?

Hey, there are times when my car starts normally, but there are times where when it starts, it goes to about 2k for 15 seconds or so, maybe longer. The whole time, there's a noise. I can't describe the noise, but it sounds kind of like it's got to do with rotation. The noise is consistent is what I mean. It almost sounds like a slap, but I'm not sure.

There's also a.... It sounds like scraping. It reminds me of a fan trying to turn, but scraping. It sounds kind of like it's metal. I don't remember this happening any time recently, but this used to happen in the winter a lot. Both of the noises happened a lot in the winter. It seemed to scrape when I slowed down or sped up.
