removing fuse box

whats up, i was just wondering if anyone knew how to take out the fuse box. my main problem is that i need to get the entire harness that goes across your intake manifold and into the fuse box, to get seperated from the bunch of wires that go into the side/fender area. that way the body shop can paint that area....i already have the fuse box unhooked from the engine bay, with all the fuses out, and the middle section apart. i just don't know if i can go any further witout messin some serious stuff up. any help would be awesome. thanx.
