passenger speaker not working???

hey now that i got most of the mechanical fixed, its time to start looking at some of the less important issues...

so i have the infinity sound system, and my passenger door speaker hasnt worked since i bought the car. all the other speakers work fine, even the tweeter on the passenger door, i originally thought maybe it got wet "coffee was ALL OVER the door from prev. owner" but i read in the shop manual that there is a waterproof film protecting the speaker. so, if the wiring went bad where would the most likely spots be?? i tried in between the door and chassis, usually a bad wire there would cut in and out if you played around and nothing...

also, is the tweeter, and door speaker fed by the same wiring???
