ok my first is this. when i rev my engine when i start the car it makes a sound like "zzzzoooooo" and i dont know what it is. someone told me it could be a leak in air intake (stock).
my 2nd is more of a question then problem. does the check engine light always come on w/ all the other lights when first starting the car because mine always has when turning the ignition.'

did you notice it with the hood open or closed, if you noticed it with the hood open i would not worry about it, my car has a similar sound when i rev the engine with the hood open. I thinks it is one of those thinks that don't really affect you car but piss the shit out of you if you think about it because you can't fix it. manybrews will definately answer you question.
i notice it closed, its not that im to worried, the sound is just anoying, check engine light doesnt come on ever aqnd the car drives normal. i think im gonna chill on the gas for a week and just drive at 3k-3.5k rpms
