2002 Galant ES No power to Climate Control

Hello all,

My issue is with the climate control panel ( i think). The blower motor works just fine, as does the directional controls but there doesnt seem to be any power (no lights) to the defroster, A/C (on the 1-4 dial) nor the recirculation buttons. The A/C motor does not engage when AC button is pushed. I have checked all fuses and relays both in the cab and under the hood and they all seem to be functioning. I've looked around the engine compartment for anything out of place or disconnected but mothing jumped out at me.

Any thoughts? Thanks in advance for any advice!!
