Poorly installed black molding around car door

Not sure if it's called black molding, but the rubber stuff around the door that gives it a tight seal and stops water from coming in. I was reading about peoples rear doors leaking near the bottom, and I decided to check the back carpets to see if there was any leak. To my surprise I found that the right rear door molding was not even attached to the bottom of the door. All the clips were in place, they just weren't put into the holes and the molding was kind of just hanging there. I've only had the car 2 weeks and nobody has opened that door yet, so I'm pretty sure it wasn't me
