Yeah I have, and it wasn't the best of experiences lol. Going down the highway on my friends birthday, a week after my own, with said friend in car with me.
That's a scary thing. It happened to us in my first car (a 1988 Plymouth Voyager) back when I was a kid and my dad was driving, luckily he was only going about 30 or so, so it didn't break the window, but it obstructed the view and scared the shit outta me.
Yeah we were going 65 down i10. Scared the living shit out of me, but I managed to get home safely.

Yea I know 140 isn't bad, it's pretty decent for a car thats 14 years old. Now 80 is a different story, that thing hasn't moved whatsoever lol

Those are replacements Jon, a gift from Keit--uh, Secret Santa last year (which I totally shoulda did but had too much going on this year to head up).
They do shine well, but I think my bulbs are loose or something, because sometimes they are fine and other times they visibly shake on the car in front of me. Visually they look fine though.
I guess my turbo project will have to be on hold for a bit. Im on the search for new rims
