This thing is so dope! Looking forward to more updates!
If I had to guess.....AWD.
It was said some time ago, yes he is making a AWD monster
holy crap!! you got it down to a shell lol,, you should pulled the brake master while your at.
are you gonna re-install the heater core?
damn, what the hell have I been missing??
Oh yeah...
I was waiting for the pb blaster to work in on the brake lines, and now the clutch and brake pedals are out. Most likely I'll reinstall the heater portion, no a/c though, i'm thinking about deleting the power steering all the way though, but idk. Of course beam will like that lol
Dude idk! I can't remember the last time I saw you on here lol.
Ok so this is just a temp install, had to see if my stud retainers worked

So maybe some here knows, for the last two weeks, I have searched for the t case bolts, the ones that bolt it to the tranny, and I cannot find them. Does anybody have an IDEA. I really can't do anything now... lol
ON it give me a few
Big long one
MS101368
the smaller ones
MF140289
i would try Mitsu caps if you have it, youll be able to locate them there along with part number and cross refrenc them through Mitsubishiparts.net because alot of part numbers of changed since the old program and go to the local dealer and order them.
.............. or call up some friendly shops like MAP, AWD, English Racing, or even Shep Trans and see if they can hook you up with some used ones,,, AWD sells alot of used parts so they might be your best bet.
i personaly would keep the p/s its a nice luxury. but if your going for a super clean look in the engine bay which would complement your wire tuck i say go for it. speaking of wire tucks chase bays sell a brake master delete kit for the Evo 8, i wonder if would work with 8G. hmmmmmm
never mind MRG beat me to it,,, you gotta get caps though its a big help
U DA MAN! Thanks Matt
I did have it, till my computer crashed. I should download it again though.
Speaking of which, I know that if the brembo brakes swap over with us, and they are still within the ratio for brake pedal to cylinder movment in the caliper, I'd say there is a possiblity of it working. Chasebays has some good stuff, but they rip people off on the mil spec cannon plug... SMH Good thing I aquired one from a B1 lol
well not so much the ratio because once the brakes are bleed your good, the pedal movement will be the same especialy since its mounted in the same location but things to consider would be the routing of the hardlines you may have to custom bend some brake lines which shouldnt be a big deal you just have to make sure you have the right metric flare fittings and a flaring tool and bender. you also should consider the brake bias, are you gonna have to change that also? i dont know myself but you have to cover all aspects when you do a swap like this. best bet would be to consult with chase bays.
and do they really jack up the price on those mil spec connectors? i really dont much about that stuff other then it can be costly.
Na it would be simple to do it, but idk if its worth getting rid of power brakes lol, I would deff use stainless braided line on all the brake lines if I decide to delete it. Yep, i'm going to change the bias valve to a v6 valve. I wouldn't say jack the price up, the problem is finding them for wholesales, since most aerospace companies don't like to sell one or two. The cannon plug I got is about 120 bucks, each piece lol, and I have a male and female end, just gotta get pins, and delete all the auto Trans wiring.
