What I plan to do is mount the reflector on a stationary table, mark where I mount it with tape, and fire up a regular bulb facing the wall. There's gonna be a beam pattern on the wall with some sort of cutoff. Mark that cutoff and the center step/rise in cutoff with tape on the wall. Do what you have to to mount the projector in the reflector, but keep it relatively loose so you can fix the alignment. Fire the ballast and bulb up in the projector mounted back in the same spot in the same position. See how off the new beam pattern is from what you marked on the wall and make adjustments. When you have it near perfect, tighten everything up and see what you got on your car. You should be close to right, but you will have to adjust the whole setup on the car, but you'll know the projector is right relative to the reflector. Hope this helps!!
