Easy fix? Get JDMs.
Rewire them to your corners, its not hard. Your corners arent cleared so they would fit perfect https://www.thegalantcenter.org/styl...fault/wink.gif
How about those clear side marker lights mounted where you have the other ones shown in the picture....or those mini fog lights....or roll your window down and use hand signals https://www.thegalantcenter.org/styl...ault/laugh.gif
or i could just drive with my shotgun loaded and shoot people if i have to change lanes, i might get a fix-it ticket though
looking good... how high is the bumper from the floor??? is it close to stock or an inch or two lower lower
You could probably try what this guy did. I met this guy at a car show..he had a Ford Probe with some shogun front bumper. Well...like us, the front bumper didn't have a spot for the factory turn signals. He couldn't really rewire it to his headlights so he got some factory turn signals off a 96+ Supra because the signals are in the side front vents of the OEM front bumper. With some modifying...they fit and look pretty decent. I was probably thinking of doing that instead of rewiring the turn signals to the driving lights in the headlight housing.
Peano....is MiC going to have a front end for the 97-98 grill style bumpers for those 7ger's?
I'm with Mazz get JDM's, the glass housing for the headlights would look a lot better too. Your headlights are starting to look real foggy and totally plastic.

yeah, i know, i'm ordering a brand new set of housings (usdm) for $240 since I can't find a better deal on JDMs.
chris, the 240 bumper is about 1.5" lower than stock, which is really good. i can still get into my steep ass driveway and as long as your used to being carefull with dips in your lowered car, this bumper is no worse.
G-rim, supposedly mic is going to be making one specifically for the 94-96 galants and then a seperate one for the 97-98 drivers. i dont know how's he gonna do it, but he said he'll do it for sure.
Man I'm glad to see this thing turning out the way it has so far. Hope the rest is just icing on the cake.

Got pics of the install? These are what I found when I did a search:
http://www.horsepowerfreak.com/image..._LIGH_TURN.jpg Looks better than your trailer lights, Peano. https://www.thegalantcenter.org/styl...ault/laugh.gif Thanks for the suggestion 4-G-rim.
yea, those look awesome, i would much rather do that.
There are three companies that I found that sell them for $100.00 - $130.00. I just can't find a picture of the entire light, to see the housing and how it would mount up.

Is this is? or are these fogs? :?

Do you know if he is starting the 97-98 front or does he need a donor 97-98 Galant? Did you finally get the sideskirts and rear put on yet? if so...you know pics are a must.

I don't have pics of his car....the last time I saw his car was 2 years ago. Its a nice install though..very clean. Josh...are turn signals, they aren't foglights. You might just have to rewire to the bulb light sockets for the supra ones.

It looks llike the glass one is on for the time being but how are we suppose to take that off?it looks like one piece. Are we suppose to roll like carbon fiber tape on it? or something
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(josh_877)</div><div class='quotemain'>ONE thing i didnt like is that i thought we were gonna be able to get a C/F lip? what happend with that? :?</div>

Not too sure if i see a gap. It looks like pea's passenger side fender is bent a little right where the corner light and front bumper meet. as far as the driver side, everything lines up pretty well. The mold looks pretty good, but the fitting could have been a little better.
i think i do see a gap, u can see it 5posts up, on Ryan4g64 last post, which was on sunday the 12th/ the first picture, the top picture. right beneath and behind the len, you can see a gap.....but it might just be me. just thought that i woudl point that out.Quote:

It was nice to get updated pics of the kit a week or 2 ago...but after that nothing since. I would like to know or see how the 97-98 style 240 front is coming along. Peano said the sides and rear are pretty much done and that they would be on his car....I am curious (and pretty much many others in this GB) to see how those look like. I will be the 1st to give big ups to Peano for donating his car as the "Mold" and updating us when he can...but since MiC organized this GB and making the kit for us.....I would feel much better getting an SOLID update or 2 here and there about the new 7g kit.
Me too, especially since P was the on who gave us an update 2 weeks ago. Erac1ng hasn't bothered to post anything since what....late July???? I mean that's ridiculous.Quote:

also, i finally got my shit in gear and ordered a nice digital camera, which will be here tommorow, so expect a rediculous amount of pictures of the bumper, and the rest of the kit, if i ever get it.

Peano, thanks for the pics. Those turn signals look fine. I'm not happy with the gap under the headlight, but oh well.
thanks pea for those pics. i thought it flared out more on your right side but it doesn't look like it does in those pics. hopefully we can get a kit wit no gaps. turn signals are fine not the best but not the worst i've seen. hope we can get pics of the skirt n rear n fender soon.
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(know_fun)</div><div class='quotemain'> hope we can get pics of the skirt n rear n fender soon.</div>
they will be up the second they go onto my car..... whenever that is
Mic came up to finish the kit off tonight. I will take a thousand pictures tommorow in the sunlight. Just thought I'd throw up a few till tommorow.
