Seafoamed the G yesterday then did the first oil change in my new garage. That smoke show was funny as hell. A few of the neighbors were sticking their heads out and giving me funny looks.
does the seafoam help clean out your cats too or just engine components?
Update!!!
The test fit......

Drove to Utica, NY to pick up OEM 4G eclipse 18's for $150!
Nice find chris
So I drove around today, all was fine, until I went out to lunch. I came back to my car, tried to start it, and nothing. No crank, no clicks, nothing. No interior lights, nothing electrical worked.
I couldn't figure it out. The terminals were tight, the battery had 12.7 volts, it should have done something. So I looked at the ground cable from battery to body, and if you touched it, green dust came out the portion of wire were the copper was exposed.
Damn thing dry rotted out completely, gave me no warning. Hooked up a jumper cable from the negative battery terminal to the ground point, and she started right up! I was scared that it would come loose while I drove back to the shop, so I kept the hood from closing completely and drove 10 mph all the way back to work. Got there and used some 1 AWG to make a temporary ground cable, it's been fine ever since.

Ignore that rusty hold-down, I've been too lazy to change it , it still works. Check yall ground cables, make sure they're not too corroded out.
Hahaha I have done that for several galants.
But keep that 1awg and do the rest of the cable 0awg your car will like you
Negative is 10-12 inches
Block to ground is about 40 inches maybe more
Alternator to battery is 65
I got 30' of 0 AWG packed away somewhere, oxygen-free tinned copper, high quality stuff. I plan on using it as soon as I move. I'm gonna keep this here, but I'm gonna cut it down, it's too long.
That's crazy holy crap
Well got my m3 style lip spoiler on I like it. Would post pics but because I painted it gloss black its difficult to see in picture. Question though. Some how I got about 2 light hair surface scratches. Probably no bigger than a cm. No idea how other than the paint still being a lil soft. Is it possible to polish out after the paint hardens? Its gloss spray paint btw with no clear.
oil change and [as much as i hate them] steering wheel cover
Well cancel the idea of a lip spoiler. Messed it up tryna touch up a scratch. I have the worst luck with spray paint. Should've just payed to get it painted by a pro. Money wasted.
You can always sand it down and start over
got some blue8g approved wheels rota Boost 17x8 35 offset. cant tell you what the color is because its like extremely light bronze/brow color. http://i281.photobucket.com/albums/k...DBDB8F92A7.jpghttp://i281.photobucket.com/albums/k...5sgww60_57.jpg
jay the humming was driving me insane. turns out it was the cheap tires they sold me after all. went to Walmart and bough some cheap federal something brand and the rears don't hum no more. as for the rotas got some Michelin pilot sport from tire rack. they had a sale and came with a rebate. those tires cost me an arm and a leg. the guy had 5 rims so got all 5 for 350. the fifth has a big scratch on the lip tho.
Cody does not approve of Rotas nor any form of knock offs
lmao one day i WILL own blue8G approved wheels.
^lol
Yes. Michelin is the shit. After i get the g running last thing is some nice Michelin tire. going with this

super sport all the way. i got the sport a\s plus doesn't look as good as the super sport..
Just putting this out there, while I agree with Cody about knockoffs, I will never condemn anyone for owning some, and I would hope that you buy what you like, what you can afford, within reason. Don't get absolute cheap shit that will break on you and jeopardize your safety and others, but if you want Rotas, do it for you. Buy self-approved wheels.
I will say this too, buying so many different sets of cheap wheels, if you saved all that money you could have had one nice set of wheels. At the end of the day however, just do you.
agree greg but i like trying stuff out.
Well said Greg.
I'll rock my stock 3g wheels and spend money elsewhere. The only approval I need is a smile on my face at the end of the day.

Lol you're right, I got some weird 15s that I traded for those enkeis that I traded for those 4gs I have on now, so it actually ran me $225 for wheels and tires originally. It's been just about a year now since I've had those 4gs and I'm happy.
I agree bro 100%
I bought a cheap Buddy Club shift knob today, OEM just bothered me too much. For a daily, this is good enough.

Has that alway had an accordion shift boot? I thought these were long gone, I love those accordion boots.
Yep, the Fit came OEM with an accordion boot from 07-11 IIRC.
