I can't believe I never noticed this before. Keep it up, you're off to a good start, although waiting for a set of JDM tails would have been ideal IMO.

The body work was completed in August. The transmission died in September, so it has sat in the shop since. Anyway, here is a picture of it from September, in poor light. I never had the chance to wax it or even finish my interior modifications. In the meantime, I became the proud owner of an '01 Outback Limited. I'm hoping to have the Galant back by the end of this month.

Soooooo clean!!!!
Looksgood. The tezzas ruin the clen lines of it though IMO.
Car is really clean! Any future plans for it?
I love the way it looks. It has a classy look to it. Not a fan of the tails though.
Try n color match the tails haha.
welcome
I had a feeling my taillights were going to be ripped on.
The theory behind them is that they are black, matching the black pinstripe, black headlights, and black grille. I'm NOT a fan of JDM tails or anything of the sort. In fact, the Altezzas are really the only tails on the market for the Galant that I can stomach, and they are only manufactured silver and black. Secretly, plans for this in the distant future include metallic black paint and black wheels. As long as this car's body and frame remain solid, I will have every component of the drivetrain rebuilt if it means keeping it running.
Otherwise, thanks for all of the compliments. I plan on having a photo shoot for the Galant and the Outback as soon as the G returns from its major surgery.
Matching the tails would look good. I did it with my tezzas. This is before my car got painted in the spring.

Give you an idea for the black/white theme.

Car looks good except the tails you should of lightly smoked your original one
Proto: How exactly did you go about matching your tails?
I have not had a negative reaction to the tails in-person, which is why this is somewhat surprising to me. I do take everyone's criticism in the same constructive light, though.
I heated them and separated the lens from the housing then painted the insides. Took me about 1-2 hrs.
