4" thick won't hit the grill on the bumper?? No need to cut it at that thickness??

I see what your after. 45 inches is what the bumper clearance from fog light to fog light is.
Well doesn't have to be fog to fog but end of mesh to end of mesh. Just to get a full coverage of the front. But the 12" height is critical for ur bumper. I need to measure my spare new style to see what is the safe height to use.Quote:

With regard to the fuse. It's a little different depending on your wiring layout for he power system. If you run the alternator wire from the alternator back to the battery in the trunk, then another wire from the battery to a power block under the hood, then you can just do a 150amp breaker on the wire from battery to power block. If your running a wire from the alternator to a power block, that's gotta get fused or have a breaker. The idea is to prevent an alternator surge from damaging stuff.
