Yes, It's funny because the guy I got it from called it the evo style hood. Once I seen it I knew what it was and pounced on it. I'm very glad I got it.
Tried using plastidip yesterday for the first time and I love it. Need to clean it up a bit but it looks nice !

I just did one coat bc I was scared of how it would look. I've had my car for a year now and figured I might as well fix it up. Still trying to figure out what to do to it.
Don't be scared. That stuff peels right off when you have enough layers. I've done many wheels and even a whole dune buggy with PD and they call come with little to no resistance.
Cool I was thinking about doing the gas tank cover black and the galant letters on the back but I think I'm just going to take them off

Replaced my cig lighter and key ring bulbs with leds. Kinda got a slight beef with Mitsu. on the key ring. I guess due to the design, the light from the bulb is so dim, I never knew it was there nor working, until I read a thread a few months ago. 2nd, I was under the impression it came on with the parking lights like the cig bulb..wrong! So the only time I get to enjoy the fruits of my labor from today at night, are when I get in the car, and when the key is taken out lol. Not while driving smh.
Sure its a way to wire it, but I'll leave as is I think
It's supposed to be some kind of guide for getting into the dark car an finding the ignition. It works if you turn your dome off, but otherwise it's like a neat lil thing you don't really need.
Yeah your right, that's probably what they were thinking. But if you ask me it would be harder to get the key in on the first try than a phone charger, yet they made the lighters bulb stay on when the headlights are on lol. Oh well atleast I got it in and it worked, cause for a 2nd I was afraid the led bulb wouldn't fit both in the ring or the socket.
Went to replace exhaust today. Bolts are doing nothing but rounding off. Got all the hangers off, both o2 sensors out, but all the flange bolts don't budge. Guess I need to look at option B.

RPF1s come with center caps?
Negative. $25 per cap extra. That's why I haven't bought them, 100 for caps seems silly to me. I may go get them though, since they match my car.

The resonator. It tells all.
The better one has a larger resonator. There are local examples to both Silvertune and I. Some with the small resonator version, and some with the large resonator version. The large resonator version is noticeably less raspy.
The only problem for most Galant owners is that I can only seem to find the large resonator system for the 2G Eclipse. Its a direct fit for the 3G, but a Galant would need an extension welded in before the muffler like Silvertune did to mine.
Honestly, this isn't meant to be a long term addition. Thus is only cause it was cheap and I needed it to pass inspection. Eventually it will get a Megan and DC headers like my last one had.

turbo = best resonator :)
That would be ultimate goal. But nothing crazy. Just a small turbo pushing low boost. Enough to make the car fun to drive everyday.
