Yeah, what paint you guys use to paint your wheels? I'd also like to know what your using to paint the engine bays?

What size are those tires?
They look kind of small, making the wheel look like it needs a spacer. Usually eclipse wheels fill the wheel well pretty good.

Mine are 225/40/18

^^^ Haha, I mean on Drews G, even the front wheel looks really sunk in.
Now im wondering if the fender was pulled.

This page just makes me want another set of wheels or refinish my current set lol..nicely done fellas
I was always missing my driver side tweeter cover and i found two tweeter covers today for cheap from a 2000 jdm i was organly going to buy just the one but i thought it looks a bit off so ill buy em both... and i was right the JDM tweeter covers are some what bigger and dont fit to the usdm brackets (by like 3mm)

Anywhozyz thought it trough that out there
also might get my hands on a jdm side skirt from the same car. should i try to remove the rib-its from the inner sideskirt when i pick it up or?
http://img.tapatalk.com/d/14/04/24/za5agaty.jpggot this put in after 2 days. Didn't realize how much of a pain in the ass it was going to be. Now all that's left is to do some work to the radio bezel.
The Bezel isn't too hard. Use QuikSteel putty.
While your screen is in the car and the bezel is installed...place duct tape or packaging tape on the bezel to mark the edges. Take the bezel out, keeping the tape on and press in the QuickSteel putty from the back. Go slightly over the edges of the tape. Let it cure, mark the edges with a marker, remove the tape.
You should be flush with the rest of the bezel. All you have to do it trim the edges with a dremel and then paint it
OR
Tightly wrap your screen in clear plastic wrap or aluminum foil and press the putty around the edges. Don't leave it there too long to cure as it gets kind of hot.
Then just block sand it and trim/smooth the edges... paint and done.

the HVAC controls need to be mounted further back. That take a decent amount of rigging.
thanks for the tip on the quicksteel putty. i'll try the first way by using tape to mark it. my climate controls are sitting in-between the bezel and the dash that's why its sticking out so far. I tried mounting it to the backside but it looked too far back in the bezel. I've got a few ideas to experiment with to see if I can get mounted to look as good as yours lol
LoL no problem.
I don't have pics of it, but for my climate controls I cut the mounting points in half. As in, made them sit Less deep. Then put it behind the dash and it sat flush like that

Bought this today dont know how to mount it on tho..

will post pic of the car tomorow
ps when i was tearing the interior out of the jdm galant i got u guys something :)
And it looks gooood! So much more "gooder" than the USDM one.
Thanks Greg but you wanna know what i think.. i think yall in the states are just to used to the usdm galant and find the jdm one "exotic" or something.. i i wanted it perfect id keep the front end as is and have a usdm rear end i think that the usdm rear bumper tail lights and trunk (with us plate) looks a whole lot better thant the jdm or eudm one
some pics i took just now since i had to got get something at the workshop
the car as it sits
http://i1193.photobucket.com/albums/...4-25232935.jpg
this is when we ware ripping out the interior (if you notice the shifter knob, i took that just for you guys and 3 chrome door handles missing for the drivers door dont have nothing to do with that stuff for my self)
http://i1193.photobucket.com/albums/...4-25161327.jpg
trolly full of interior ready to go in the car tomorrow
http://i1193.photobucket.com/albums/...4-25233226.jpg
So my lips and barrels came back from the polisher, I do have to say my supposed homie did some justice to them, so I can't complain

Well our front bumpers are fat and bloated due to the crash bar so the front ends don't look anywhere near as aggressive and mean as any other galants.
We also didn't have sideskirts come standard on any of our galants which really make them look good.
I like all the 8g tail lights so I have no opinion on that.
I do agree with you on the USDM rear bumpers looking better. I don't like the "squished flat" look of the worldly bumpers.
Also I didn't know that they had srs seats for the 8g's, crazy cool. Can't wait so see how the other one is gonna turn out!
Take a TON of pics because as you can already tell we love "world spec" Galant stuff over here haha
ohh i will bro... overload u guys with picz.. i shuld probly make a new project thread... ?
^^Sure, new car, new thread. DEADEYES even the US 8G's have the SRS seats:

well ive bin fighting with the fuel pump all day on the jdm cant seem to find the relay no matter how much i google or tear the interior apart the fuse boxes are different the usdm basically the whole thing is different everything i know about the usdm galant cant help me with this jdm shit... but after some tearing away i found nothing and decided to just wired to a battery then i got the car to start whoohoo... so i plugd everything back in and went to go home and in my haste i for some reason thought the car would start and move and when i turned the key..... it did it started the fuel pump vent on but i still haven't found the relay (for future reference)
Washed it off just a lill bit
http://i1193.photobucket.com/albums/...4-26152506.jpg

http://i1193.photobucket.com/albums/...4-26154853.jpg
still needs allot to be done to be good enough to make me want to think about selling my us Galant had that thing for 5 years and its bin very reliable even though the evap code is one.. just spends a little more gas
Greg i think ill make a project thread tomorow was gonna do it today but i could only get these pic then my phone died.
