1904, I would get some MOOG endlinks and replace them while you're doing the coilovers
i was eyeing these as i heard they fit our car, but the ones you listed are much more reasonable on pricing, also going to replace some of the bushings with Polys while i have it apart

The MOOG ones are cheaper and will be stronger than oem

I got some of those from orielly a few years back that were like twice as thick as oe too...just another option

$914 shipped, i noticed afterwards that a vendor ( JM Auto Racing ) has them listed for cheaper.
i did receive them 1 day after ordering tho.
Edit: Whats the part # on the end links? i have 2 that come up from summit ( cheapest price $25 )
K7431 and K7430 or is that left and right? ordering tonight :024:
And they come with zerks to grease and extended life. But with lifetime warranty through oreilly who cares about extended life. Just exchange them....

Just thinking about it I think the orielly ones I got said "master craft" on the box...if that means anything to y'all XD
Was a grey/red/black box if I remember right...still got it at dads with the old link in it so next time I'm there I'll take a look if need be

O'Rielly's wants almost $20 more per end link than summit racing, placing order online.
parts master is another brand i found along with MEVOTECH and CTR, but for the prices i'm just going to order the Moog
Dope

Rockauto i guess got some inventory they want to get rid of because they for the right link for about 11 bucks and the regular price for the other is 25 bucks.
Looks to be the Passenger Side link for $11 but driver side is still $25, i have not ordered from rock auto yet and i hear mixed reviews on their services.
Master Pro is oreillys house brand and parts master is star auto parts house brand both inferior to moog.

Moog's will be here today so no corners cut there, also thinking of installing coils today and then go back later and replace the tie-rod arms and the rest of the o.e bushings front/back.

Anyone have an opinion on using high temp "caliper paint" from like autozone/orielly to spray the brembos?
Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I used candy paint for my brembos from oreilly, good so far

I used High temp engine paint. Last longer. Used them on my roush 6 yrs ago and on the G and no fadeing or chipping, then again I'm very picky when washing the cars. Always wiping them down too.
So something like this would work? (I happen to have this laying around) http://img.tapatalk.com/d/14/07/26/senuhumu.jpg

Yup... should be ok

All in the prep work too.
So what just use some stuff to strip the paint off (can't think of the name off my head) and spray over it? Any reason to sand or anything

Clean then real well. Preferably use purple power and power wash them. I'd strip then with aircraft paint remover and rinse then after preferable power wash them to ensure everything is gone. Scuff them with 320 grit and sprain them per the cans direction.
Others may have different methods but that's how I would do it.

Ight, I'd heard that before too so that's prolly what I will do
I've got a couple 5gal jugs of some paint remover stuff in the garage I'll use (just cuz I don't wanna go buy anything) XD

Careful with the seals and that air craft paint stuff, don't want to resale if you don't want to.
yeah I will apply whatever I got by hand using an old rag/shirt/etc and clean it up that way, same stuff I used on my valve cover
Nice brakes you got there Demon, whats a set going for?
Front coils are on.. end links are a Different story, driver side nut wont come off :076: and i don't own any impact tools so paying a few $$ tomorrow for a tire shop to get it off.

Did you try to spray some Blaster PB?
I can never get my impact back there anyway. I've always just taken a cutoff wheel to the stud.
I got those to my door for just under $500...not bad considering a set is around $600 on eBay
And these had pads with em

I scored a set for $250 from a kid on Craigslist. And another sets I sourced the fronts and rear separately and ended up around $275. Deals like that don't come around often.

^ haha loving it!!
Today was gold mind junk yard day. Grabbed me a set of brand new headlight assemblies not a single scratch or ding or a sign of yellowing at all 15$ each, and a 6g72 tb that I'll need to deep scrub.
x2 ^

Going lower after i replace the tie rod's and get a energy suspension kit for the rest of the bushings.
