I think I may go CF hood but dunno how it'd look on a black Galant.. ive seen it on Black G's but heavily modded mostly, plus I may get bronze/gold rims so i'd be kinda messy at that point

Yes, I'm keeping the stock hood. There's really nothing left that's CF on the car other than the interior trim pieces. I just recieved the VRG rear setup from silliasian so definitely the cf hood gotta go.
Distort, so far there are 2 buyers for the hood. One is a guy who has nothing but a stock setup (like I'm gonna sell that to him lol) and the other has enough mods to make him a "worthy" buyer. I dunno what your uncle has plans for his 8g but I'm plan to sell the hood to someone who "needs a CF hood", not for someone who "needs a hood". If this is to replace the hood oxidation, be forwarned that there's oxidation on the CF hood which you may have spend equal amounts to get rid of it. If you're interested, let me know.
You G looks good with either hood but I like the stock one better. Why don't you just paint the CF hood. Thats what I plan on doing when I get my Evo CF hood.
Oh... I'm going to be attacking the top of my car with a DA sander, and painting it myself, as rust is now really coming through... I don't wanna mess with any more oxidation... lol.Quote:
