hey Seth, if the 97/98 front bumper hasn't even been made yet, how can they ship you the 97/98 front bumper? and if you are getting the 94 style......why would they tell you to get the 97/98 grill(header panel).....
i'm confused, and i'm not sending any money until someone other than peano, gets a kit and has a pic or two of the quality....

Man everything is done! Well all the parts I have are installed, still need the 3 97/98 ECU Pins and the shifter cable bracket. I have 3 more prothane mounts to install but they arent necissary for me to start it :wink:
O yah, still waiting on DSMotorsport to ship me my oil cooler, but tahts a bolt on...
Looks like my delivery date is Oct 18 w00t!

hah, i can't get a jack under my front or side....so how do I rotate my tires or take em off? well, take off the front and jack it up as high as i can for the front, and rear isn't a problem at all. sides........well fuck em, they're molded on now so i can't exactly take em off. oh well

after i had the sideskirts put on, i had to build a ramp out of wood for the two front wheels. i made the ramp exactly 1/16" shorter than the front bumper, so i drive onto it, and the car is about 4" higher than it was. at that point, i dont even put the jack underneath it half the time. cooler this way, i just can't get onto a jack anywhere else or onto a lift anywhere....ever.
Buy a body lift :wink:

It fits ok, I had to drill the holes though for all the mounting points, none were drilled for me, but its easy. I used zip ties for the time being b/c I dont know where my bolts are and its a fast install/removal :biggrin:
Im lowered a good 2" and there is still 7" of clearance so that is good. I started to cut the bumper so I can fit my FMIC in and I almost got it done then I broke my last cut off wheel so I will have to finish it another day. But there definately is room for an FMIC, I even left my power steering lines in the stock location.

its the new bumper support. i figure it out, there werent any holes drill in it but i just drilled 2 holes and it bolted up.

Mounts the same place the original mounted. The top is an exact copy of stock, just the front is shorter and rounded to fit the bumper.

I got my kit....hell yeah.
I haven't had a chance to unwrap it from the bubble wrap and I really don't know how I'll get this thing home. But from what I can see the quality looks real good.
out of topic. dude seth what mirror are those from? cause some say the 94 civic fit and other say that the 94 accord fit
did anyone else notice how the bumper goes on a slant if u look at it from a side-view? y didnt they make it straight? or are they still thinkin of that c/f lip? :?

hey seth your car is looking great. finally it has a front end.
yup got mine today! just got home about 7:30 at night, so i don't think i'll crack it open yet. Pulled out the new bumper support though, and it's pretty round i thought. i'll have to see how it fits.
Did anyone get any news about the 97-98 240 style front yet?

the grill come inside the little box WHICH is CONNECT to the front bumper, unless mic means we have to ALL buy new header bars...whicg would really suck, since this WASNT part of the agreement.
I'm thinking it means you have to buy a new header bar.
I've never dealt with a 97-98 front bumber, but i was wondering if there was a way to cut the grill off of a donor and somehow attach it or mold it onto the new kit. :?
you can cut it, but why would someone buy a new custom front bumper, that they would have to customize it when they receive it.
