ur using bag over coils? those wide ass wheels dont rub thru? i have the sleves in the back and i already rubbed thru them once on non aggressive wheels lol
I wanted to use the bags over the coils but the inside diameter of the strut was bigger than the open area threw the strut, So I just put the coilovers on and put away the air ride

Infiniti J30?
Sent From My Rooted Galaxy Note 2 using Tapatalk
^^Yeah, IIRC he got them from a J30.
Dang I hate to be the onw to say it but I've seen those cars around and the output is not that good. Hope something custom is being done about it.

Yep j30. I hope a nice set of hid lights will help with the output.

Clear out ur inbox lol
I set power to the projectors to see this beam pattern cut off or lack of. Turns out that only the low beams have a cut off line, which I'm pretty sure is fine considering when you flick on high beams you want to see everything in front of you anyways. There are a few improvements to the inside of the projector housing I'm going to make to improve the output. Seeing how the projector housing are made of aluminum, even the bulb base. I see no reason why a 35 watt 6k hid won't fit and stay lit.

Bend cutoff a little to sharpen the line and add a little color.

I'm going in with my dremal and maybe a file. I'm not good with bending as much as grinding.
Sent from my SGH-T999 using Tapatalk
Its a slight bend. A hair. A small tweak.

The factory bulb http://i236.photobucket.com/albums/f...pshphtp7pq.jpg
The same projector with a HID before any modifications http://i236.photobucket.com/albums/f...psvjr7lnnq.jpg
Im not sure what you are saying to bend.
On my agenda I'm going to grind out that tab at the top that is related on the bottom ( the batman tail in the middle)
Pic isn't working... maybe its just me
Sent from my Z796C using Tapatalk
That's not bad from what I can see
Sent from my Z796C using Tapatalk
I hate to say it but, as you can see the output is greater with the stock bulb. The HID bulb hotspot is not in the right spot so thats why you get a shadow in the middle where the bright spot is on the halogen image. They just weren't designed for HID bulbs, grinding down the tab will help with foreground lighting but too much light on the ground can be a bad thing. Bending the projector cutoff wont do much for output, it will simply sharpen the line where the light and shadow meet.

After

With the stock bulb installed after the tab met its match
http://i236.photobucket.com/albums/f...psbmtaeljh.jpg
I did a better job at holding the bulb this time lol. It looks better to me now. All bending or grinding aside

Whole nutha level
Way better!

Much better. Good foreground light, that little tab was evil.
Sent From My Rooted Galaxy Note 2 using Tapatalk
I'm telling you man pure evil, why mold that piece of obstruction into them? We're they that worried about a filament shadow? xfiles ish
Thanks, that's one tab down 3 to go.
The lower level (Peter Griffin glare) lol
Definite improvrment, good going
The tab looks like a foreground limiter, which in essence isn't a bad thing, but that one was too narrow to be effective anyway, so good riddance. I was gonna say that output was terrible, but with the readjustment it looks great. You are gonna LOVE all that light right at the cutoff, you'll be able to see very far at night with that. I never worry about Ricky's attention to detail, dude gets it right every time!
Foreground limiter huh... ill remember that as I'm grinding it back to hell from wenst it was forged. Thanks mane
Thanks
I have updates
