Nice. Make sure you use a torque wrench when torquing down the intake manifold. If you over-torque it, that heat barrier gasket will leak from everywhere.
Nice work man, can not wait to see this beautiful car back on its wheels.
decided to go with HKS 1.2mm head gasket.. Assembly right around the corner.

buddy of mine (ryu, club3g) has an evo and went fp red, maxed it out on stock bottom end then went fp black, still on stock bottom end butt had to rebuild it twice, he didnt want to rebuild it again so he went bigger...Quote:

Does anyone know what the function of this valve is? On the side of the manifold. It's getting vacuum from the manifold and then theres a vacuum line that goes to the stock FPR, which I'm not gonna use. where does it go to?

Nice work with the interior, thats what i'm going for. I even ask a sample from their website very good quality.

C/R is stock evo but im using an HKS 1.2mm head gasket...so should be 8.5.1
