I tried to call just now, but no answer. How is it that we got screwed over by these guys? Dont they carry a good name through the boards that they are on? What is the deal now. They CANT make the product that we HIRED them for so we are going to another company. They should know how this plays out. If they dont meet our needs as a customer, than we get our money back and go somewhere else. Let me know if there is anything i can do.

But paypal gives you the option to file a dispute for no recieved items up to 180 days if I'm not mistaken. Considering that I can file it for the money we sent for the new trunk and the extra deposit that I threw in few months back
I was wrong. Paypal only allow 45 days to make a claim and my bank only allows 60 days so I'm screwed
when I did mine for the other GB, paypal never gave me a negative balance.
When I did mine through them they closed it without giving me anything then I did it with the bank and they gave me negative but me Jardon gave them the money

Has anyone been able to contact them and tell them that we are willing to give them one more chance to make up the wrong that they have done and that if the next try is a fail that we will need them to send the deposits to Cali. This way they can have another oppertunity to get it right. If they dont the next time, then they know they are out.

Ok guys. I talked to Kamil today (i believe thats who it was). He basically told me he was not offering a refund but he did offer to complete this job. He said they are going to make it right if you guys give them the chance but there is no way youre getting a refund at all. There is no way for them to get it right the first time or so because they do not have a test vehicle. Thats all of the information i can give to you. If i were you guys id give them the chance rather than lose the money. If they dont get it right youre still out of cash anyways but if they do get it right then you have a trunk. LMK and ill see if i can get in touch with him again.
^Damn that totally sucks. But I don't understand how they don't want to give a refund when the job can't get done. It's not like they gave you guys a product you didn't like they just weren't up to the task and were not able to complete it. It's just crazy.
if they can make it FIT LIKE OEM like they stated they would in the GB. Then i will still buy the trunk, tell them to fucking use the new OEM trunk we supplied them shit. If they cant get it OEM fitment, thats false advertising, and we can/will get our refund back legally. JUST MAKE A GOOD MOLD its not that hard geez.
