You can switch AC off and have only heat. But it will be non auto mode. In auto mode this device switches AC on/off, changes vent mode & etc to keep selected temperature. It's a normal auto climate control system.

Unfortunately no, wiring is the easiest part of work, at least for me. You need to install sensors, make custom brackets for motors, connect motor to air mixer & etc. It's not hard but takes time.
Right now i don't have enough time, but i can do it in the future.

Well I didn't do shit to the G, but all of a sudden my heat works! I'm so stoked and now I don't have to suffer the winter. I'll def change the blower motor valve in the spring

The pins want a 7/16 through bolt (stock is NOT tight) which actually fits the mount brackets tight as well. Goodbye driveline movement.
