I second that in above post :),
is the aasco flywheel a 10 pounder?

Martin goos job on the numb. At 13psi it should put out more hp with the 16g. What is the hotside 10.5 or 9.5. 2.4l is a torque machine because of the 100mm crank. Is all about how you do your timing. Also. Go with evo coil packs.
For the flywheel you need longer bolts. Oem 3g flywheel bolts wont work. Dont catch enough threads.
Timing as in having a adjustable camgear or inside the rom?
Already have evo coil packs.

so I've been really sick for the past week or so, but decided to try and go to class yesterday, well a friend of mine invited me to meet Nakai-san of RWB who was here working on a car in Oregon, despite the fact that I felt like poo and probably looked like it too, I got to meet him, such a nice, down to earth guy, it was a really cool experience. he's supposed to be back in 3 weeks to finish the car up once the custom wheels arrive, can't wait to see it done.

I'm considering going with a bigger stock frame turbo soon to have it spool a little later and make a little more power. Next step is hopefully on o2 dump, 3 inch downpipe, testpipe dump, and an ets LICP, then another tune. Also, just for those who are interested, Extreme Turbo Systems in WA is currently working on a stock frame turbo manifold specifically for the FWD 63/64 guys that will allow the turbo to clear starter without using the stupid spacer system and allowing us to run the stock studs. English racing will be testing it on their evolander first and then I'll be getting the next one. It'll basically look like this except extended 2.5 inches which will allow us to retain the starter heat shield

keep me updated on that manifold my dude! I have been contemplating running a Green or even a IX turbo but I cant justify grinding down yet another turbo.
will do brotha, I'm even tempted to go with a t3 style turbo for later spool but more power up top, also thinking about the outlander manifold swap as well which will change the powerband completely. I'll lose some torque down low but gain about 30-40 hp up top due to the runner length differences. the stock manifold has such longass runners for building torque it's ridiculous with boost. For now I am enjoying the car though, glad I did it.
That's awsome greddy, I knew he looked familiar when you posted in Post What You Did thread! Hope you don't mind me leaving this video here:

Guz- video was sick. Crap i need to finish soon. Martin i let u know how the outlander mani and diamante tb holds on boost.
Martin I totally think you should go t3 honestly. The spool is later and you can drive on the highway without driving in boost with way more top end. On ivory the torque was insane down low and even up top. Anywhere 3k+ was incredibly transient. The diamante tb was great but I chose not to use it this go around because it was definitely leaking. I believe the 6g72 tb will hold up much better to boost. That vacuum leaks KILLED gains!
Got a new set of track wheels, SSR Type C 17x8.5 +30 to replace the BBS I had gotten previously, which are for sale btw.
