I am out guys, My mother got hit by a car crossing at 188th street and union turnpike in queens, shes in north shore. her neck is broken but no spinal dmg, one leg is broken in two places, shes having issues with chest pain, she lost part of one ear, no internal bleeding , lots of scrapes and cuts and brusies.
Guy had to have been doing at bare min 30mph when he impacted her cause he lifted her over the hood and into the windsheild hard enough to shatter the windsheild. for those that know me in person my mom is 1" shorter than me but about 40 lbs heavier than me. Witneses said he was screaching tires before he hit her which means he had to have been doing at least 50mph, it was 4pm clear sunny skies and good weather. i know cause at 4pm i was working outside on the g.
