Is the idle high after it is at operating temperature or does it only do it when it is cold and settles down after a couple of minutes?
Went out this morning and hard start, idle around 950(when still cold) then operating temp, started stalling so I back the screw out and set the idle around 850 while in drive it's at 600 so whats next? I'm guessing ica motor is my next step?
Oh and the idle bouncing about 150 rpms??
Found this, it's from a 2001 galant 4cyl es so will it fit my 2002 galant? I think it should...http://tapatalk.com/mu/a6898db0-9767-cf96.jpg

Hey thanks, that looks really clean.
no problem the cleaner it is the better usually, are you planning on putting the whole throttle body on your car or just the iac?
yeah and if it is still acting up you have the throttle body to put on it,it seems cheaper to buy a complete throttle body then it is to buy just the iac.
in the process of cleaning you screwed up your IAC, try getting one from the junkyard first cuz in the parts stores brand new you looking around 260 or so. I sell them new also so if interested in a new one and not the dealer price hit me wit a PM
