Yesterday, I started bringing my car back to the condition it was before she got smashed. Stay tuned for a revival.

Got the CF shifter trim from pick a part. I'm guessing this is a rare option? It has a Mitsubishi part number on it.

Yeah, it's not that low anymore.
What I did today:
Removed cut springs and shitty shocks and put on stock struts with normal springs that came with the car. It's at normal height now.
HOWEVER, what I ordered today:
Ball joints
Tie rods
CV axles (because mine FELL THE FUCK APART)

I went to a junkyard and found a filter that bolts to the MAF like a short ram. Also, found out that I didn't misplace my dipstick, the handle broke off. I stole a replacement from the junkyard lol

Found me a nice set of tail lights at a junkyard. Hated the ones I had on it. These look so much better, and should hold me over until I can get a set of the JDM VR-4 lights. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...2bfb2660f7.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...afd452e29c.jpg

The tails look good! Now you just gotta finish the debadging and it'll look :023:
So bored that I ordered another remote for my spare key. I used to think that the horn feedback is broken, but as I am programming the new remote, I thought it'd be a good time to try this activation again, and I guess my car is liking me enough this time! (After driving it all these years) It works!!! haha, feels great that something I thought was broken is now "fixed"

Just the panic button, somehow it is not responding, is that means my car doesn't support it? or there's a way to enable it?
What I have now:
- Lock/unlock remote w/ a black key
- Lock/unlock/panic remote w/ a black key (panic not working)
- Turn signal on for both unlock and lock
- Horn feedback when locking
On the other hand, for so long that my trunk lamp is unplugged, because it was draining my battery to dead once, and my mechanic friend found that the lamp never got turned off even when the trunk lid is closed. I really have no idea of where that "module" (which triggers the lamp on and off) is. Until lately, I guess some experience and grown up a little bit these few years, I decided to trace the wire and learn where this "module" is. Turns out that it is easy lol...... For those who don't know yet, it is inside the switch on the trunk lid. After I realized it, I think I have already fixed this trunk lamp issue, since I have changed the whole trunk lid when I get the spoiler installed (the "new" trunk lid is in better condition, with the spoiler holes ready, and rust free). With that I ordered a new led bulb, it arrived today, with the "new" remote. Put it back together and it works!! So glad that I don't need to put those portable led lights in the trunk and turn it on and off manually everytime :)
