You will need to change the proportioning valve (which on my JDM 7G is attached below the master cylinder on the brake booster), but yours being LHD and USDM I'm not sure where they would have put it.
I did a drum to disc conversion on my old 6G and I found the rears wouldn't brake very well once it had discs - changed the whole master cylinder and proportioning valve and everything was sweet.

hey guys i was about to start on the rear disk conversion...but ran into a problem...dont know its important or not...i noticed the drum assembly or the backing plate does not have this hole on it...and the disk backing plate does...what goes there...and is it needed???or i just leave it open...

everything is preaty much a bolt on except for that part...
That's for ABS. You can just leave it or plug it up.

Rear disk conversion done...it took only 2 hours to do...damm drum didnt wanna come off...and then i got lost putting the e-brake shoes back together...damm springs...anyways the car stops much better now...
