Well forgot to put Hood pins back in before I went for a drive and BAM!!! My G pulled an "EMERIL" on me lol..carbon fiber hood shattered my windshield WTF. On another note took my vr4 bumper off and shaved tow hook cover and plate recess...

yup you got a good eye. you cant see in the pic but the rear tire is sitting on the fender in that pic lol. needs to be rolled and i also need to see how much more clearance i need in the front for brembos.
I was gonna buy those wheels... They come in 40 or 20 offset both of which are supposed to clear brembos ...didn't think they had that much of a lip ...very sexy ...I'm a lil jealous I didn't get them
18x8 and 18x9 in back both 40 offset i was told they are my buddies, thinking about buying them for super cheap off him and painting them or somthing some of the paint is coming off.going to need a slightly beefier tire in the front too since right now hes running 215/35 and 225/40 in the rear
Nice ...I'm running 225/35 19x8.5 all around....with a TEIN set spring drop and the back only runs when I turn with 1 adult in the back...even with no one in the back the backs rub on turns...hopefully that helps...you could probably get away with a 235 in the front but the backs I would probably leave the 225's or maybe stretch the 215's if the rubbing is that bad..9" is pretty wide but then again I got 19"s ...18"s are a whole bother world to me...
yeah pretty straight forward, just install the "pins" first where you what, and then slowly cut your carbon fiber hood lol. Dude really its not that bad, just a little nerve racking installing them measure 80 kabillion times cut once lol.Quote:

Thanks. I've considered those things but if they happen, it'll be a long time from now. My focus is on more power and improving the handling a bit yet. As far as the headlights go, they are still plastic. They feel thicker than the 1-piece headlights though.Quote:
