you got axle guts all over your bay man...
Lookn fresh Fresh lol
Looks great Fresh! I do miss your spoiler haha. Seems like everyone removes it down the road... Very clean though.
Good shit on this page (except the axle guts DEADEYES, hope that can get fixed before it quits on you bro).
Yeah well you know, it's always something lol
I get paid on Friday so I'm probably gonna just buy a whole new driver side axle may do the passenger side too, but we'll see how it looks after i jack up the front end.
Haven't had much time for the car lately but i did get around to putting in some small 5mm spacers in the back.

Not the galant but a pretty cool shot of Lazarus duking it out with TrackSpeedEngineering's car at the last NASA NW time trial event at Portland International Raceway. the cold and rainy season is upon us and thus no more tracking for me.
Wow. Great pic, great looking car too.
It's not bad for 1800 bucks of total investment including the car haha

Winter wheels. Winter height. Winter sucks.
These BCs ride like a dream though. Got them set half way and it's great for our streets.
^looks good
Playing with some low-light photography before the light got too low:

Last couple I fiddled with a flashlight, looks ok, it's missing something to me. Thirteen-YO car looks good for its age tho.
i like how shiney your g is looks good. wish my paint was in that good of shape, my clear is fading :(
Car looks good Greg what are the specs on those again?
Wow greg...that looks so damn clean. As you know, a drop will set it off perfectly.
Im jealous. Miss having a perfect body G. This white one has a few flaws that keep bugging my eyes, haha
I wish my exterior was that clean.
Would the Evo X MR struts work on the 8G?

When greg get rpf1s?
That first shot reminds me of 90's car ads in magazines.

From the looks of the mounting points it seems they would work.
been away from the site a little while but i like what i see in the progress of the cars.. Looking good everyone
Thanks!
Thanks! They are 17" X 8" +35mm offset on 225/45/17 tires.
Thanks! I have a few door dings and scratches, the dings are visible in the first pic if you look closely. Also I need to take a buffer to the front bumper if I'm not gonna paint the other one, and the roof has small sections with tiny little white spots, which I think is the start of cancer. I'm getting conflicting opinions on how to keep the cancer away, need to do more research before it gets too late.
Thanks!
Bryant (xd_01) sold me his back in Feb. and I'm using them as winter wheels lol.
Thanks! Took it with my long zoom lens from far away, that gives it that kinda different feel. It woulda looked different if I was actually that close with my normal lens.
I know from working on Stewis car a long time ago that front Evo knuckles are a lot wider where it accepts the strut, we had to spread the front with socket that was a hair wider then the knuckle. So I would a imagine it would be the reverse when using Evo suspension with 8g knuckles.
How are the rears? Does anyone know if they bolt up? I know the top mounts are the same
you know whats weird is, I have d2 coilovers, and I DID NOT have to spread them, with evo 8 front knuckles, they slid right in.
rears are not the same. see here

Here is my GS :)https://scontent-b-iad.xx.fbcdn.net/...52046748_n.jpg
A member from Canada if I'm not mistaken had a few tuts on all that he actually installed them on his car idk his name but he barely comes on here
Q's?
I don't think the Evo X will work either. On the left is the Evo X rear shock & on the right is the 8G Galant rear shock, the Evo X shock is longer than the Galant one (I know the Galant one is compressed but look at the black part of the shocks)
http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8381/8...18f8cab9_c.jpg
& the Evo X bottom mount diameter is smaller than the Galants (Galant shock is the top one, Evo X is the bottom)

I know 6g guys modify Evo 8 struts & shocks to make them work on their Galants. For the rear shocks they cut off their bottom mount & weld it in the space where the Evo 8 shock would mount on the bottom
