I used a heatgun cause that's what I have and they don't fit in my oven so I don't know about temp, I just heated it and tried to pry, so I took my time. For sealing back I think I'm going to use the same glue it has just melt it and push hard, If it fog I will use the nissan OEM rubber butyl sealer, check at HIDPlanet there's a whole thread about that sealer.Quote:
