I used a heatgun cause that's what I have and they don't fit in my oven so I don't know about temp, I just heated it and tried to pry, so I took my time. For sealing back I think I'm going to use the same glue it has just melt it and push hard, If it fog I will use the nissan OEM rubber butyl sealer, check at HIDPlanet there's a whole thread about that sealer.

Ripped off the intake manifold to get to the exhaust header bolts. Also replaced spark plugs while I was in there.

Weekend progress... Kept me busy lol.
Hmm interesting. I have put a few JDM rear bumpers on and never once did I need to cut the rear crash bar. I had to remove the foam, but that was it.
Had to take a picture of my car, even though thats where it died out on me, good thing i was at sears lol..
