I think you'r ebetter off gathering the parts piece by piece and doing the install yourself. Take to a shop to tune. I'm sure some member have some parts they can get rid of.
i know iam going to need oil lines and stuff but i really dont know what i will need.. if somone could throw alist togeather that would be awsome
Central Florida Turbo
I'll be quite honest, unless your fluent in spanish or better yet hispanic be careful.Quote:

That's only on Turbo kits, race blocks and injectors. Everything else does not come from Gulf Coast TurbosQuote:

I should be able to get everything purchased and hopefully installed within the next 2-3 weeks.

We are working on getting pricing for the parts that we carry directly here at Tearstone Performance.
Yes i live about 20 min north of daytona (palm coast)
that would be great if you could get me some of the tuning shops in the area that are resonable price wise.
That sounds great you guys have been great responding to emails and your comunicatioon on here looks great as well. I would love to purchase the parts i can from you guys so just let me know when you can and ill drive up there and take a look at everything..
thanks
Jordon
Hrmm... There is a guy from your area that just got a basic kit installed from what he told me there is not jack in that area as far as shops are concerned. You would either have to come to Orlando and get Titan Motorsports or Aerocomp to tune your car, or maybe you can stop by the shop in clearwater to see what they can do for you directly instead of going through me. That will probably be your best bet.Quote:

theres a spot up here in jax that can do it...... but you would have to set an appointment to do it...... about a 2 week wait or so
and the place in jax does tuning?
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(Brainlessher0)</div><div class='quotemain'>and the place in jax does tuning?</div>
YEA..... DONT GO TO VELOCITY TRENDS..... THEY BLEW MY MOTOR UP.... GO TO STAGE 6..... THEY USE VT'S DYNO.... BUT STAGE 6 DOES THE TUNING
Actually Russ there are a couple here i found, but I live in West Palm Beach not Palm Bay so that's a hell of a drive for Brainlessher0. FYI there's Pettit Racing and Japtrix in Palm Beach County. By the way how much for that Meth inj. kit. LOL
i did a search and i havnt got a stait awnser out of it... What fuel pump and injectors do i need to use with my 8g i4 galant? And what down pipe can i use as well?
You are going to use a 14b off a 1st generation 4G63 on your 8g 4g64? 1st generation 4G63 sit opposite from the 2nd generation 4G63's from EVO 5-9 as also the 8g 4G64's. The compressor side is on the passenger side so you are going to get a bit creative on intake piping to route to where your MAF sensor is at. Why don't you use a EVO 8+ stock 16g??? Its better suited for a 2.4L compared to a 14b (Trust me..I am running a 14b on my 4G64 on my 96 Galant).
i have a 1g manifold and a 14b turbo. So your saying that setup wont work with my car? If so that sux... What 16g turbo should i get. I could just buy one of those cheap kits off ebay with the 16 g turbo would that work? also what do i need to do with fuel pump and injectors? What injectors and fuel pump will fit the galant?
A 16g off a EVO 8 will work on your 8g. The compressor side is on the drivers side so intake routing would be easy and can probably use EVO 8-9 intake applications. You could get away using the stock fuel pump but just to be on the safe side and if you plan to upgrade down the road a Walbaro 190 should be fine until you get to around the 20+psi boost levels..then a bigger fuel pump is needed. Any DSM/Mitsubishi injectors will work...so 1st gen 450cc will be good and can get them fairly cheap, just make sure they are flow tested and work. Good luckQuote:
