Here is the info:
18" silver Riax Zuka wheels with 245/40/18 Essenza tires. Dual 5 lug, 5x114.3 and 5x100 with 45mm offset. Wheels and tires are both in great shape and are only about 6 months old
will i be all clear on those? Or must i be concerned about anything?
edit: oh yeah it's also 18x7.5 and im running gr2's with tein's
Its better to use 225/40/18.
i didnt put on the tires lol but will those? or will i run into some trouble.
the tires are a lil big. so you have a greater chance of having problems such as rubbing
so the vote is i shouldnt go for em? :(
Most 8gs I've seen with 17" wheels are running 45 series tire so I don't see why you would rub.
yea tires seem a little wide 235 is reall the widest people are running but the wheels will fit
wheels are fine, the tires are wide. u want 225/40r18.
well the tires are already on i cant do anything bout them lol. So im guessing i shouldnt get them?

you bring them to a tire shop and they do all the work for you, if you know the guy tell him you will giv ethe tires back if they want, that is not expensive for wheels
I think its a great deal! You may not be able to use the tires but you can always sell them and put that money into the tires that you need. 8)

I honestly dont understand why he will rub... what is the difference in mm between a 225 tire and a 245 tire...
20mm = 8/10"... basically an inch. on deep suspension travel, it may or may not rub... too close to call over the internet, that's why no guarantees.Quote:

Because they are about 1" wider. With a high offset +40-45mm wheel they will most certainly will rub. Heck on lowered Galants 225s will commonly rub if your offset is too high or low.Quote:
