I have heard they are not worth it
its worth 10 cents (serious) and they sell it to suckers on ebay for like $20 and it does absolutely nothing to your car
Its totally worth it man. I put one on my g-ride and gained at least 25whp! Do a search! You will find awesome results!

You supopsedly wire it into the IAT sensor wire from the MAF. Its supposed to trick the ECU into thinking theres more airflow coming into the engine then there really is. The mod doesnt work, its retarded, therefore only retards should buy it thinking its going to work :P
If I owned a dyno Id dyno test with and without the "super chip" aka $.10 RadioShack resistor to prove it does not work. But alas, I dont own a dyno :(
