They don't clip in but, are locked in by using the whole bottom part as screw. You then tight them into place with a nut.

Do It Man! I would have order the Ebays but, i did the JDM swap. Then Depot Lights wanted like 400 for JDM Projectors. This cost me the 160 bucks total (120 for the Mini Morimoto, 35 for the H1 Hid Bulbs & 5 bucks for the Amazing Goop to seal the head lights)

Thanks! I can see and the good thing is that I'm not blinding everyone anymore. I love the cut off line and how wide the beam is now.

Very nice work, I plan on doing this after the new years except with the FX-R projectors.

In the first pics where the lights look blue, they were 8000K H7's. They did not put out since they were the wrong bulbs so I order a set of 5000k H1 Bulbs.
-
lol what the helck is amazing goop? or where did you get it at. but the headlights look good, you going to paint the inside black?

-
So you have h7 8000k in them right now ?
-
No he has 5000k H1 right now. Those projectors are made so you can use a regular plug-n-play H.I.D. kit. They look so much better in person. I'm going to order me a set Friday for my retro, might get 2 sets.
-
so these hold on the the reflector themselves? so no extra screws to hold it up? does the beam move up an down or shake when driving?
-
-
wow! looks dope!!! almost looks like it bolted in too wth
-
Mark i like the new projectors! However 20's are too big for the 8g,Muhaahah!!
-
^^^^^...this guy is funny, lol

So you were able to use the same ballast as before, just different bulbs? What brand of ballast do you have? Bcz I have Onex & want to know if I can still use those ballast or if I have to buy a specific kind?

did you give it any thoughts to black out the shield for the main one? I think i now have the courage to tackle this since it look so simple to do with this kit.
