2007 Galant lower grill

Hello all

I am missing a plastic piece on the lower grill opening that I just cannot find anywhere. Does anybody know what this part is called is it some type of valance? Or is it a radiator air guide? I have looked at parts book and they show the bumper but not this piece. Any body have an idea? Tjanks for your help.

It is not a stock part. I bought a "billet grille" for a 2005 galant and cut it to fit my 2007 galant. I have also hidden a 36 inch lightbar behind it.
