Photo Shop rims please!

okay i want black rims with a royal blue lip and a royal blue strip leading from the lip to the center cap on each spoke but need to finalize a photo before i get them painted since it will be a custom job

also the whole car so i can see what it will look like

thats a tough job you want dude. maybe you like to check on the shops near your area and ask the Auto Repair Service Centers if they can do that for you. heres a good source to search for. goodluck.
