Hey guys, i just got my 5spd swap done in my 2000 8g and it amazing to say the least. Now im wanting to switch the ecu so i can tune it, im pretty sure i can use the 00-05 eclipse 2.4 m/t ecu and get a bloomslang harness most of my nowledge is from you guys on here. Thanks for that. But i do have one question, my car has fed spec emissions, will i have to get an ecu with fed? Thats all i need to know i think,
I'll be doing the same thing in a few months, same year too. How was putting it in?, pretty easy from what I've read.

Well i did it in my garage with a jack, stands and an engine brace. Everything fit like a glove other then getting the old one out and new one in, that part was a total nightmare!
In the end it's worth it though I'm sure. Congrats
