startup squeal noise. not belt. ?

bought a 7gvr4 195,000kms.

on startup I get loud squeak about 2 seconds after the engine has started.
sounds like a belt but its not.

just changed both ac belt and alternator belt becuse they were worn and there adjusted tight with little no no slack.

what else could be doing this?

starter motor not disengaging right away after motor has started?

I had the same problem after changing my belts, they were tight but still squeaked. i just had to loosen and re-tighten the tension pully.

ok ill readjust both one more time and see what happens

i was right, its the starter motor. wish it was just a belt
