GalantGS With 3g Eclipse ECU & Evo Rom

Back again :)

I have a GS Iam trying to get going and have been running into a bit a trouble.. Hoping I didn't bite off too much :)
The car is not starting and Iam just getting sputtering and pops.

Mods
Built Block Manly Pistons/Rods
omni 4 bar map
91 cas installed
walbro 255
Evo 560cc
4g64 Dohc Block/Head

I think my issue is with the ecu/rom I have or Maybe I need a fpr, "I have one on the way but not installed yet." .. If anyone has any suggestions on how to fix iam open to try them or if these setting loks good then just post up.. I didn't have any trouble at all when I did something similar with ceddy mods.
