Thoughts on Which Stereo

I have an 07' galant se factory fosgate. I already purchased the dash kit, back up camera, amplifier harness, stereo harness, I just need to buy a double din.
I have 3 different choices A pioneer 5800bhs, power acoustik 626b, or an android powered 7" stereo.

I have a few questions.
1.) Anyone who has bought a pioneer double din do they do well with androids?
2.) Again pioneer do I need to by the microbypass ground or can I just ground the unit like most others for video playback while moving.
3.) Does anyone on here have any experience with the Android Powered units (are they any good?) reviews seem mixed.
