Does anybody know how tight the nut, for the bushing is supposed to be on the back of a front lower control arm?

I don't have that PDF file handy, but if you can find the PDF service manual, I'm sure you can find the torque specs there.
I'd suggest you ask on Facebook Galant groups like "Mitsubishi Eclipse and Galant Owners USA", or "International Galant Society - IGS", more likely you'll get responses there, though TGS is still an excellent resource.
*If I remember I'll try to see if I can find that file
