4g64, 4g69 interchangeability?

Any exchangeable parts between 4g69 and 4g64? I have a 4g69 at the yard so I was wondering.. I know the engine plate in between the flywheel with the hole for the starter is the same lol

Other than that.. Would the alternator work? I noticed the 4g69 alternator had a way higher output..

I'm even considering grabbing a 4g69 block, and using a 4g64 head on it (Not sure if anyone did, I couldn't find anything)
Since I don't really care about mivec, but I do know 4g69 has a lighter crank, and lighter pistons so yeah lol
