Better fuel cut eliminate ideas to 1987 Turbo ECI Galant ??

I need some information about fuel cut removal. My 1987 Galant is so old and im afraid there is no one who knows about it. But i hope im wrong. I eliminate fuel cut just cutting the wire. That wire gives impulse to pressure sensor, but when i cut it, fuel cut system was gone! But i think that system isnt good idea. Any better system? Does anybody knows E15 model Galant ECI turbo at all?? :roll:
