HOW TO: Embed videos on TGC
Currently, the only supported video sharing website is YouTube. To embed a YouTube video in a post, use the following simple procedure:
- Obtain your video ID
Your video ID is an 11-digit alphanumeric (combination of numbers 0-9, uppercase, and lowercase letters) string following the question mark in the video page URL (example: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gJ9d5i31grY&feature=related)
- Position the editing cursor where you would like the video to be inserted into your post
- Click the YouTube button at the top of the advanced message editor (must click "Go Advanced" for replies)

- Paste your video ID in between the [YOUTUBE] tags that appear
The resulting code will look something like this:

... and you will have a shiny YouTube video embedded in your post, viewable directly from the TGC website! Nifty!
