I found a company that makes chips. Theres no dyno results of the product but every body said their butt dyno felt an extra 15whp. only bad thing your muffler will sound ricey afterwards. http://www.taquitos.net/snacks.php?snack_code=2540

We have one here in the Philippines, it's called Uni-Chips or something like that, it adds 10-15hp and it's dyno tested.
Just get an electric supercharger and be done with it.
