how do i install springs?? (7G)

well, the performance shop i used to higly recomend and support has decided to fuck me over and close themselves on the friday after thanksgiving, thus cancelling my apointment to get my Eibach Pro Kit springs installed. since pretty much every other place is really ghetto and the people dont know what they're doing, i wanna install the springs myself.

what do i have to do to swap out my coilovers for the eibachs? i dont need some drastically outlined tutorial on what to do, just a basic step by step procedure of like (remove strut tower bolts, extract rod...etc etc.) i dont know what to do when it comes to suspension. anyone wanna help me out? thanks

btw, the store is Group 5 Motorsport in San Diego, this is the 3rd time they've fucked me over. after spending over $4000 there, to quote george carlin..."FUCK 'EM"

It's pretty obvious how to do it once you get the wheels off. You shouldn't have a problem.

yeah, there is a "fork" (I don't know the right term) below the bottom of the shock mount on the front of the car that you will have to loosen to get the shock to drop out. Once you do that then push down on the brake disc and get a friend to yank the shock out.
