www.optauto.com hase them. Napolex Levoc shift knobs. Do a search here if you cannot find them on their site...

check out ebay. i know obx makes a shift knob and i think tenzo. some will have an OD button some won't. if you get one that doesn't, you can just add an OD switch somewhere else.

The O/D button is on the wrong side though Does that matter when it comes to wiring it up?

It doesn't matter the wiring is still the same, its just the switch is on the opposite side. However, don't you drive a JDM Galant? If your car didn't come with an overdrive button stock then I do not think you will have any luck adding that feature with a Levoc shifter.
