are you talking about the LED bulbs or the Titanium bulbs. if its the LED, its supposed to blink faster. if its the Titanium, its supposed to blink normal
You know the speed at which the stock turn signal bulbs blink when you turn them on? Ok... well. I put in new APC bulbs(the ones that are clear that glow amber). And they blick like, 3x's faster. Is it ok for them to blink that fast? Will they burn out fast or somthing? Or are they supposet to blink this fast?

You have one of two problems; either the bulb is in backwards (less likely) or the contacts in the socket are pushed down too far. Take a small screwdriver and gently pry both contacts up then insert the bulb. That will work 95% of the time. If neither of those work, you have a bad bulb.
