2. I got a set of jdm mirrors, but they are automatic windows and i have manual. Is it hard to do the conversion and if anyone has a diagram of the wiring can they show me? Thanks.

the hyper ground wires just bolt up to your battery and wherever you want a better grounding point in your car.
